Oh My ! Monica, You are gorgeous! Your eyes are even more noticeable -what a beauty! Bethany’s first comment was ”she has a good head” Not everyone could pull this off as well as you, your beauty has not deminished in the least.

Reading your posts, the consensus is.......YOU ARE GORGEOUS, STUNNING, BRILLIANT, loved and extremely blessed!!! (I know this cuz you married my son!! hahah)....I think you need to be on a cover of a magazine, maybe that's next on your journey!! You need to be in front of the camera now, instead of behind it!!.....not only do your beautiful eyes stand out, but so does your smile. They seem to be saying thank you to Jesus if you just look up!!
On the other hand, I tried to convince Frank that he has to shave head now, (as he said he would) but it hasn't happened. He won't let me do it for him......I told his hairstylst that at his next appt, she would be shaving his head....well see!!!
love you, Sol and Kai!!

Hello Monica and Sol, I know we have never met in person but since Oralia talks about you so much I feel like you are friends anyway. Since I work with Oralia I have been able to enjoyed all your pictures of Kai since his birth and I know how very blessed you are. I am praying for your family, I know you feel the strength god is sending to you to get you through the cancer. Be strong, God bless you all. Sheri Roberts

Your traumatic shower comment really got to me and I have had you and Kai on my mind ever since. Praying for God to give the little guy peace through this thing he cannot comprehend ! "Your baldness" is almost like saying "Your Highness" in your case. You look absolutely majestic ! I figured with those Lepper brains in there, you'd be fine ! However, I know it's the beauty of God's love that is your real beauty and it is also His love and grace rather than your hair that is your crowning glory ! I love you all and continue to pray for you all.
Love, Ruth

May the beauty of the Lord continue to shine through you and upon you as is always the case when we trust Him in the midst of trials. The Lord inhabits the praises of His people so continue to sing to the Lord, bless His name and proclaim the good news of His salvation for the joy of the Lord is your strength. God is faithful and He who began a good work in you shall complete it unto the day of Jesus Christ when we will see Him as He is and be like Him. Though are trials vary our Hope does not for Jesus is faithful and true in all He has done and will ever do. In Christ’s love -kurt

Ok, so I know I’m a bit biased, but I really do agree that Monica is absolutely beautiful without hair! I have to admit that I was a bit nervous at first; both about what she would look like and how she would feel. She really has been courageous, though, and is making some tasty lemonade out of these lemons. It helps that she has so many cute hats to choose from. Thank you.
Kai seems to be a bit confused though. He enjoys rubbing her head and trying on hats, which is really cute, but when we were cutting her hair he was pretty upset about it. His ”uh-oh’s” were out of concern and he was on the verge of tears. Please continue to pray for his peace and rest. I’m convinced that God is able and that prayers are answered, so I’m asking you to join me in praying for Kai. He woke up four times last night, and hasn’t had a solid night’s sleep in about 4 weeks. We have both gotten sick this last week with a cold, and I think it has a lot to do with our lack of restful sleep. On top of that, his teachers are saying that he has really changed within the last month at daycare. He’s gotten really needy and whiny, and many of the other kids don’t like to play with him anymore because he quickly resorts to biting and hitting. They say they have to ”shadow” him in order to protect the other kids. The teachers are trying to be understanding and I appreciate their patience, but I think it is wearing on them a little now.
Anyways, we appreciate you all. God bless.

Hi! This is Gina, a friend of Sol's mom, Oralia. Monica, I just want to tell you that you look stunning! And I'm not just saying that ... ask Oralia, she'll tell ya I'm a "straight shooter"!
You have the most amazing eyes ... I never noticed that in the pictures I've seen of you over the past few years. The new picture is by far the most beautiful one I've ever seen of you. Thank you for sharing your family with us, you have become a blessing to many through this most amazing journey that you have begun.

Sol,
Our hearts are saddened by Monica’s passing. It’s difficult times like these I just don’t know what to say,
other than Peggy and I will continue to pray for you and your family.
