Monica walks on water...
Over the years I've heard people use the phrase "to walk on water" when describing someone. Often it seems to be used in a derogatory sense, meaning the person thinks too highly of themselves or someone else. Lately, however this phrase has come to desribe you- only in the purest, Biblical sense. Everyday, it would seem, you must step out of the boat and 'walk on water.' And you do. I pray as you do, afraid and unsure, that Jesus' outstretched hand would continue to be your focal point and strength. Jesus, please rescue our friend!
Lots of love and always a hug,
Kara

Monica and Sol,
As you know, I am not an e-mail, internet gal, but today, I decided to check on your site. I am usually updated via Jill.
I am so happy for the events concerning medication! That is a PRAISE GOD event!!! Although I don't check in a lot, both of you are always in my thoughts. There is never a day that goes by that I don't think of you at least once. My thoughts and prayers continue for both of you. Love gloria

YEAH! I was so happy to read your good news. Monica, you inspire me. Your example of honesty, courage, hope, joy and gratitude is a beautiful thing. May Tuesday's medicine be just the thing to get rid of the pain and the cancer. I keep you and your sweet family in my prayers. Oh, one more thing. I am sure you have been told, but sometimes everyone assumes someone else has shared the news, so just in case you weren't told... if you are taking pain meds, take stool softeners. Don't wait until you feel constipated. Just take 'em. I learned this the "hard" way. Ha!

Hi Monica and Sol,
As I pray here in front of the computerI praise Him for your courage. Courage was breathed into you by God's grace and you live it. You have the gift as stated in 2 Timothy1:7, a spirit of power, love and a sound mind
Your problem is big but our God is bigger.
I love you guys, Lola

We love you tons, and wish we could come wrap our arms around you right now. May God give you great grace, peace, comfort, healing, wisdom, and good doctors who know what to do.

Dear Sol and Monica,
Praying, praying, praying for a miracle of healing from our mighty God. Also for immediate relief from the pain. Know that prayer warriors all over the world are lifting you both up to the throne. God bless.

Sol,
Our hearts are saddened by Monica’s passing. It’s difficult times like these I just don’t know what to say,
other than Peggy and I will continue to pray for you and your family.
Love,
Manny & Peggy
